• Pao Blooms offers handmade floral art products, including pressed and preserved flowers, as well as other decorative floral items.

• We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove products and prices without prior notice.

2. Orders and Payments

• All orders must be paid in full before production or shipping.

• We accept payments through Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB, and Maestro.

• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our website.

• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of fraud or unauthorized payment.

• Prices for all products are subject to change, and sales tax will be added as required by law. All payments shall be in US dollars.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Processing and shipping times vary depending on the product. An estimated delivery time will be provided at the time of purchase.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from Pao Blooms, including any issues during shipping, as we are not liable for packages lost or damaged by third-party carriers.

• You agree to verify the shipping address before we ship your product. We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed, misplaced, or shipped to an incorrect address.

• If you send personal items such as ribbons, lace, or pendants, Pao Blooms is not liable if they are lost or discarded during processing.

4. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the personalized, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds.

• If you receive a defective product or if we made an error, we offer a replacement or partial refund. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to report any issues.

• Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order up until the bouquet/floral arrangement is received at our facilities. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will receive a full refund. After 24 hours, a 20% holding fee will apply.

5. Handmade Nature of Products

• Each pressed flower piece is handmade, making every creation unique.

• While we follow a specific design pattern, small variations in style, color, and flower arrangement may occur. This uniqueness is part of the beauty of handmade floral art.

6. User-Generated Contributions

• By submitting content to our website, such as reviews, photos, or testimonials, you grant Pao Blooms a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute this content in any format or media.

• You are responsible for ensuring that any contributions you make do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, images, logos, and designs on Pao Blooms are the property of our brand and are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is prohibited.

8. Taxes

• Customer is responsible for all applicable sales, use, and excise taxes, as well as any other similar charges imposed by any federal, state, or local government entity.

9. Pressing and Aftercare

• Pressing Process: Flowers may not retain their original color and may fade or become see-through during the pressing process. We are not liable for discoloration due to the nature of pressing flowers.

• Aftercare: Over time, flowers may fade or lose their initial appearance. To maintain their quality, avoid exposure to direct sunlight, humid conditions, and dark, unventilated areas.

10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. It is recommended to review this page periodically.
